Laundry business kilogram is now very widespread, almost in every street can be found Landry. However, if carelessly in managing this business, then the business can be folded more quickly. So it takes some analysis, including marketing mix, where to open this business, you need to know the 4Ps. Product, Price, Place and Promotion. In addition to the marketing mix, it is necessary to do a SWOT. This research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. Where data collection is done by observation and interviews with business owners, employees and customers. The results of this study will be able to look at the factors that influence the laundry as a home-based business with a view of the internal and external factors

    Characteristics and Challenge Faced By Socio-Technopreneur in Indonesia

    Nowadays socio-technopreneurship as emerging trend among start-ups. The Covid-19 pandemic could be a factor in increasing the total number of socio-technopreneurs in Indonesia. The qualitative method was applied in this study. The descriptive analysis research method was used to collect data, conduct interviews with founder, CEO and business manager, and gather evidence. The study's objectives are to define the character of a socio-technopreneur and to analyze the obstacles and challenges that socio-technopreneurs face in Indonesia. The results show the character of a socio-technopreneur as (1) collaborative, (2) concerned with a social mission, (3) have creative and innovative ideas, (4) confident, (5) dare to take risks and challenges, (6) have a leadership spirit, (7) optimism, and (8) adopt with digital/technology. Some tenants, who are MSMEs or farmers, have difficulties or are unfamiliar with the system or procedure, even after it has been demonstrated to them. Second, the use of technology or digital marketing by socio-technopreneurs creates opportunities for a larger market. In the middle of today's challenges, there are several opportunities for people to improve their wealth by becoming entrepreneurs who shift into socio-technopreneurs. Socio-technopreneurship is a critical aspect in the growth of the Indonesian economy, particularly the local economy. The growth of socio-technopreneurship based on social mission and technology adoption can accelerate the development of technological entrepreneurship, reduce social issues, create new jobs, contribute to technology transfer and innovation, and strengthen national economic growth.     Effect of Payment Gateways towards Online Shopping Behavior in SME in Indonesia

    This study aims to examine the relationship between trust, types of payment methods, perceived usefulness, and convenience to the people’s purchase intention and whether that affect people’s online shopping behavior in SMEs in Indonesia—types of payment methods. Data were collected from 205 respondents in Indonesia using purposive sampling. Path Analysis was used in this study, and the results showed that Perceived Usefulness has a strong, unidirectional positive influence and significant effects on the Purchase Intention of payment gateway users but is not significant to Online Shopping Behavior. Convenience variables have a strong, unidirectional positive influence and significantly affect Purchase Intention and Online Shopping Behavior of payment gateway users in Indonesia

    The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Charismatic Leadership Through Entrepreneurship Orientation, Empowerment Community, Local Government Involvement on Sustainability Tourism destinations from local Community groups who care about tourism in their local tourism perspective strengthen by social capital as moderation. The research methods used in this research is a quantitative method. The research was conducted on Pokadarwis members as the unit analysis. This study utilizes an online questionnaire by taking a sample using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by using of Structural Equation Model (SEM) and processing using program SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study determine 18 hypotheses form 6 variables and result in 95 indicators. All questioner was shared to Pokdarwis from 4 tourism destination which has chosen by green destination award as 100 sustainability destination tourism

The utilizationof these technologies will directly increase sales volume and the potential for anincreasingly large market. This will be very beneficial for medium and small businesses,where they still use a lot of conventional methods and have not used the technology sideand have not yet entered e-commerce. Expansion of the market or market is the mostimportant thing in the business world so that through E-Commerce, market coverage isno longer only in the area where the MSMEs are located but is widespread throughoutthe world wherever it can be accessed. In addition to the wider market, it can also accessreal-time payments that will facilitate the payment process directly by consumers andcan make the flow of cash out of the business more controlled which is no longer anobstacle. This online payment system is not always related to e-Commerce, but also withdirect transaction activities at the place of business can also be done so that cashless andalso in the online payment there will be a sales transaction report that will make therecording directly available in the payment system online.     This research aimed to identify the business strategy formulation by the shareholders and the management of the company. Ten companies were selected to be the objects of this research. Those companies were the information technology, telecommunication, printing, mining, construction and chemical companies in Indonesia. The research was conducted by using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and considering the chosen respondents as the decision makers (experts) of those companies. The respondents were chosen by using the non-probabilitty sampling method. The result shows that the roles of the company managements are considered m ore influental (0,57143) than the roles of the shareholders (0,28571). From the output of stakeholder’s condition, the best-stratified priority strategies are differentiation (0,600515), cost of leadership (0,230754) and focus (0,168731)
